Dallis Bros. Coffee

In 1913, Russian immigrants – the Dallis brothers – began selling roasted coffee to New York restaurants. In 2008, the Brazilian coffee company, Octavio, Inc. bought Dallis Coffee with the goal of entering the high-end retail market.
A complete re-branding was necessary. The name Dallis Coffee was confusing. Is it from Texas? Misspelled? We re-named the company, Dallis Bros. Coffee, and used its 100-year-old history as a differentiator. The use of vintage photography and copy with “attitude” positioned Dallis Bros. as New York’s original high-end roaster.
