Since most airlines already have bank partnerships, a new co-branded card is hardly news. But people who fly JetBlue are in love with the JetBlue experience and brand. So, to introduce the new Jet Blue affinity card, the language and attitude belonged to JetBlue. At introduction, every goal set by Jet Blue and American Express was met or exceeded.

It is, of course, true every business owner has a “full plate.” Anytime you can take something off, it’s appreciated. Both of these mailers help to get a few things off their to-do lists. These both exceeded the Amex DM response benchmark.
